Custom Jersey Order Process

1. Submit Your Request

   • Complete the form below with details of your custom jersey design.

   • You can upload images, examples, or logos to be used in the design.

2. Logo Approval & Format Requirements

   • Any logo requested for use must come with written approval to use it.

   • If the logo is not in vector format, there is a $10 conversion fee per logo (not per design).

3. Design & Pricing

   • Each jersey costs $49.95.

   • A one-time design fee of $45 applies per design.

4. No Minimum Order

   • You can order as many or as few jerseys as needed—no minimum order quantity required.

5. Review & Approval

   • Once we receive your request, we will create a design mockup for approval.

   • You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request changes before finalizing your order.

6. Production & Delivery

   • After final approval and payment, production begins.

   • Production time varies based on order volume, and shipping details will be provided upon confirmation.
