Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Shipping methods and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and your delivery location.

USPS Ground: 3 to 6 business days for delivery

USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 5 business days for delivery
USPS Priority Mail Express: 2 to 3 business days for delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@evladarts.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup
You can pick up your product from our warehouse located at 728 S 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220, United States, without any shipping hassle. Your order is usually ready in 24 hours after you place the order.

Missing Packages

To address any non-delivery issues, claims for missing packages must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date. This allows us to assist you in replacing your order and filing a missing package claim.

Address Accuracy

It’s essential to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for any packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately; however, we cannot recall packages once they’ve been shipped.

If you request us to reship an order due to an incorrect address, please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, and the responsibility for retrieving packages delivered to the wrong address lies with the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery. Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please give us a call at 920-629-3744. If you can't reach a representative, just leave a message, and we'll get back to you. You can also try emailing us at info@evladarts.com to request a cancellation, but please note that we can’t guarantee we’ll catch it in time. Our team focuses on processing orders throughout the day, so emails sent during busy periods may be missed.

Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you have a new or unused product that you’d like to return, you can do so within thirty (30) days for a refund, provided you meet the following criteria:

  • The product must still be in its original box and packaging.

  • It should be unused and in new condition.

  • Custom product (ex: custom jerseys) are not refundable.

  • Any unwanted items should be returned at the buyer's expense.

  • For items that were eligible for free shipping or a shipping discount, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method unless you request store credit.

  • Refunds will be issued on your provided payment method within 10 business days.
